What You See Vs. What I See

Every photograph has a story behind it, as well as the photographer's unique perspective. What an untrained eye may see is a normal looking patch of grass or pond, but to a photographer, it is art. A picture starts out as an idea, something as simple as a dress can spark it. A lot of thought and preparation goes into a photo-shoot. We consider the time of day, our clients style, and our surroundings when planning our artwork.

What You See
It's amazing how a plain field turns into a romantic scene full of light and contrasting shadows. Photography is all about taking your concept and getting the perfect spot in the moment, Each second that goes by makes a different image. Although the scene or the lighting may look exactly the same, to a professional it is very different. So even though shooting a photo may seem easy it takes a lot of thought and in the moment adjustment to get the perfect piece of art. A patch of grass to you, but a beautiful piece of art to me.
