Please Review The Following Studio Policy: 

 

Scheduling: 

- All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking (we won't hold appointments more than 24 hours)and the contract must be signed in order to complete the booking and book your session.

(unless otherwise agreed) if your invoice and contract are not completed your session is not booked. 

​

-Please arrive on time to your session, over 15 minutes late to your session will cause rescheduling/cut your session short.

 

-If you need to cancel BEFORE your session please make sure it's at least 24 hours in advance and then we can reschedule. You won't be able to reschedule twice, for 2nd cancellation your payment will NOT be refunded and we won't be able to provide you with future photography services.

-Reschedule fee of $100 might apply to same day-last minute session cancelation.

- We understand that sometimes emergencies can happen but in case you choose to no show/cancel at the time of your scheduled session (NO SHOW/FLAKE) we will refund only half of your payment and no reschedule will be offered.

​

-When scheduling a family photo your child/ren will NOT be photograph alone, if you would like your child/ren posed alone please book a baby/child session and request to have a family photo as well.

 

Outside Photography:

-Absolutely NO outside photography of any kind will be allowed at the studio, including cell phones.

​

- Behind The Scenes videos can be added to your package, please contact us for more details.

 

No Germs:

-Due to the safety of our mothers to be, tiny newborns, myself and staff we DO NOT allow sick children or sick adults in our studio. If you are a client and you or your child is sick, please call or email the studio so we can reschedule you for a better time when everyone is feeling well.

​

Pets:

We DO NOT allowed pets 'show up to a session' without an advanced notice. you can't just bring in your dog/cat to the studio. if you would like to have your dog/cat photographed or join you in a family session we will book you as the last appointment of the day to allowed time for deep clean after your pet visit the studio. due to allergies the studio will have to be deep cleaned after any pet visit and the charge for it is additional $50 per pet.

We do welcome well behaved dogs at outdoor session with no additional charge however you must show proof of an up to date rabies vaccine. 

Rights And Regulations:

-The package rate include your session, the photographer's time and talent, the use of the studio's available props/background/outfits that included in your selected package, signed print release and the listed amount of edited digital images you purchase with your package.

-Graphic design does not include in our image editing, graphic design of any kind will be subject to extra charge.

NO PRINTS OR UNEDITED IMAGES INCLUDED!

​

On location session

-For outdoors sessions there is additional travel/location fee who cover the photographer's time driving to and from the location, gas, location entrance fee and shooting permit if apply.

​

Proof gallery:

5 business days after your session a watermarked proof galley with all unedited SOOC images from your session will be provided to you to choose your favorite images from. This gallery to be used as photo proof only, it is illegal to screenshot/save/share those unfinished images.The gallery will be available for 30 days, although we do our best to backup all images from the session theres no guarantee your images will be available for purchase after 90 days.

You can expect your edited digital images to be ready in 3 weeks unless told differently.

​

Digital images: purchase of the digital files releases MBF photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases MBF photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. Once your edited digital images are ready they will be sent to you via email/wetransfer link that will expire in 30 days. it is your responsibility to download and save the images to your computer before it expire. A $30 recovery fee will be charge if you need your edited digital images to be resent to you - MBF photography not guarantee to still have copies of your images 6 months after they were taken.

we ask that you download- save to computer - and back up images to your hard drive- not your phone.

Copyright and Licensing: 

-MBF photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

​

-The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reason personal, including but not limited to:

printing, copying, emailing, social media sharing and web publishing.

​

-Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

​

-Your purchase of the digital files releases MBF photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases MBF photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. MBF retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

​

Please Note: Due to health and allergy reasons you will be responsible to bring your own cake for your child's cake smash session.  Peanut and nuts products are not allowed in the studio. 

​

-Lost digital images

Once your edited digital images are ready thy will be sent to you via email/wetransfer link, it is your responsibility to download and save them to your computer. MBF photography is not responsible to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.if you lost your edited digital files there is a $30 recover fee we charge in order for us to locate and resend the lost images.

we will need to search in all our backup drives locate and recover the images to the computer, this process take about an hour. although most edited digital images are backed up we do not guarantee to have the images saved after 6 months.

Gowns: 

Our gowns included with the following packages: maternity, glam/modeling and newborn. for any other type of session you will need to bring your own wardrobe or book one of the above packages.

​

Paypal  fee: starting April 7th, 2024 the client will be responsible to cover the Paypal transaction fees of 3.50% , this amount will be added to all invoices. 

Zelle payments will not have this added fee- if you prefer to send payment via Zelle please inform us at the time of booking.

​

-MBF photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

​

-Prices subject to change without any notice.

​

-No Unedited/RAW images will be giving, no exceptions. 

​

By booking a session with MBF photography you have read and agreed to the above policy.
